Kerry Smith will discuss the changing role of magazine staffs and the skill sets publishers and editors are looking for and how successful magazines are combatting declining readership and print advertising in an effort to grow their business. He will also explain the emerging role of publishers as 'community organizers' and how companies are reducing dependence on print by engaging their audiences.
